MAKING MOVIES:  Pangari Productions Pty Ltd is a commercial multi-media enterprise set up in February 2002, that produces innovative, creative films that challenge stereotypes, promote cross-cultural awareness, stimulate discussion and most importantly, entertain. Pangari is all about collaboration.  We work with talented individuals  – creatives and production crew - with similar ambitions, ideas and beliefs, bringing to life our distinctive creative vision.  We actively engage the use of new media and cross-pollination of the arts to further enhance our story telling and to push the boundaries of experimental filmmaking.

Working Title: The Red Book (Feature film in script development)
Epic Australian outback adventure inspired by the real life story of an outback policeman (great uncle of Sally & Fiona McColl), killed by Aborigines in 1930s Arnhem Land, during the investigation of an aboriginal massacre of Japanese fishermen. Fiona is developing the project with experienced scriptwriter/producer David Giles (Paradise Road / Under The Lighthouse Dancing) and Stephen Johnson, director of the multi-award winning film Yolngu Boy

Building Active Communities (Promotional Documentary Film)
Produced for the Baw Baw Shire Active Committee Task Group to promote and draw attention to their committed and co-ordinated municipal wide approach to increasing participation in physical activity to improve community health and well being in remote and rural communities throughout the Baw Baw Shire.

Kallioota Red Angus Bull Sale (Advert)
30 second advert screened on Prime Television Network in Gippsland. 

Under the Midday Sun (Promotional video)
The story of two diverse Australian families, Yolngu (aboriginal) and white (Scottish heritage), who are struggling to find the meaning of real "reconciliation" after the tragic events of the past inextricably tied their futures together.

Promotional video featuring snippets of poetry and live performance (dance & song) by a small selection of the artists - dynamic spoken word artists, singers, dancers, musicians - who graced the Pangari stage and stepped up to the mic in 2002.  It is an exciting, visual and aural experience, showcasting the talents and diversity of Pangari's events.

Dark comedy about a poetry promoter who delights in 'playing' women for fools but gets his comeuppance in an inspired way.  One man’s journey from ‘cool to fool.

Fiona McColl was commissioned to write & perform a poem, entitled, It is the ‘ISM’ for the role of Poetess.  Story explores themes of xenophobia & racism in the world of fashion photography.
